Our Italian courses for non-native speakers consist of video lessons and non-downloadable materials. Once you have accessed the reserved area and viewed the content, it will no longer be possible to request a refund.
If, for any reason, you have not yet started the course and wish to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at info@italis.online. We will review your request and, if approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. Please note that the refunded amount will exclude transaction fees charged by our payment provider (Stripe), which are approximately 1.5% of the original payment. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.
