1. Payment
   Full course or individual lesson prices must be paid prior to the beginning of the course.

2. Refunds
   Registered students may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the conditions specified in our Refund Policy. After this period, refunds will not be available.

3. Language
   The language used with students during lessons is Italian. 

4. Course Access
   Access to the online course on the website includes video lessons, exercises, educational games, and downloadable PDF documents. Access is granted on an ongoing basis, for as long as the course remains available on the ItaLiS platform.
   ItaLiS reserves the right to modify, update, restructure, rename, or discontinue any course at its discretion, in order to improve or reorganize its offering.
   If ItaLiS decides to permanently discontinue a course, students already enrolled will be notified at least 16 weeks in advance and will keep full access to the course for that entire notice period, so that they have enough time to complete it. Where possible, ItaLiS will offer access to an equivalent or replacement course.
   Discontinuation of a course does not, by itself, entitle the student to a refund or other compensation beyond what is provided for in the Refund Policy above.

5. Course Activation
   A student whose course has been activated can request a postponement of activation within the first week. However, activation cannot be delayed for more than 4 months.

6. User Account
   Access to the user account is secured by a username and password. The buyer is obligated to keep their access credentials confidential and may not distribute online courses or materials provided after purchase. In the event of a breach of these conditions, the buyer will immediately lose access to the account without any refund. The user account must not be shared with third parties.

7. Individual Lessons: Rights and Obligations

• Before booking an individual lesson, the student must purchase the lesson.
• If the student does not show up for a scheduled lesson, the teacher is not obligated to provide a make-up session.
• The student must notify the cancellation of a lesson by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If cancellation is not provided in time, the lesson will be deemed delivered.
• The teacher is not required to provide additional materials for the online lesson (exercises, readings, etc.). Subject to agreement with the teacher, the student may decide to purchase a textbook if the lesson is not linked to one of the online courses offered.
• If the teacher or substitute teacher is unable to deliver a lesson, they must notify the student in advance. If the lesson cannot be rescheduled within the agreed time/date, the student is entitled to a make-up lesson.
• The student must book the lesson within 4 months of purchase. After this period, the student loses the right to the lesson.
